Banana Ice Cream(2)

  • 1 banana
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) condensed milk
  • 1 bottle Fortisip Compact Fibre, vanilla flavour
  • 5ml (1 tsp) ice cream sauce or honey to serve (optional)


  1. Mash the banana with a fork
  2. Add the condensed milk and the bottle of Fortisip Compact Fibre together
  3. Pour into a small plastic container
  4. Place in the freezer and freeze for a minimum of eight hours
  5. Take from the freezer 15 minutes before serving

Top Tip

Double the recipe and store in a tub in the freezer; serve two scoops as a portion. You can then use the banana ice cream to make an ice cream sundae (see separate recipe)
