Blueberry Muffins

Servings: 4


 (1/4 bottle Fortisip Compact Protein per muffin)

  • 1 packet Blueberry Muffin Mix (or use your favourite muffin mix)
  • 40ml vegetable oil
  • 1 bottle Fortisip Compact Protein, Vanilla flavour 



Preheat the oven to 180⁰C /350⁰C/Gas Mark 4 and place the muffin places in a muffin or cupcake tray 

  1. Place the cake mix into a bowl
  2. Gently whisk in the oil and Fortisip Compact Protein
  3. Fold in the can of blueberries (from the muffin mix)
  4. Divide the mixture between 4 muffin cases
  5. Place in the oven for 30 minutes until a deep golden brown and skewer comes out clean**
