Chocolate Brownie

(1/2 bottle Fortisip Compact Protein per serving)



Pre heat the oven 170⁰C/325⁰C /Gas Mark 3

Line one small brownie tin or use a shallow foil container approximately 15x12cm

  1. Place the brownie mix into a bowl 
  2. Gently whisk in the Fortisip Compact Protein
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 30 -35 minutes until a skewer comes out clean**
  5. Once cooled, cut into 4 squares and dust with icing sugar to serve


Top Tip

The brownies will keep in an airtight tin for 3 days or will freeze.
