Chocolate Brownie 2

Ingredients*

  • 1 packet of brownie mix
  • 2 bottles Fortisip Compact, neutral or vanilla flavour
  • Icing sugar to dust

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3

Line one small brownie tin or use a shallow foil container (approximately 15x12 cm)

  1. Place the brownie mix into a bowl
  2. Gently whisk in the Fortisip Compact
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until a skewer comes out clean**
  5. Once cooled cut into four squares and dust with icing sugar to serve

Top Tip

The brownies will keep in an airtight tin for three days or will freeze
