  • 1 sachet Scandishake Mix powder, flavour of choice
  • 9 fl oz (280ml) whipping cream


  1. Whisk the Scandishake Mix into the cream until it starts to thicken
  2. Place in a freezer for 2-3 hours until set
  3. Remove a portion from the freezer for 30 minutes, then serve
